Problem
Legal documents often ship with incomplete clauses, vague risk language, or mismatches between policies and regulatory requirements. Terms of service, privacy policies, Tokushoho disclosures, and app-store metadata are spread across systems, making it easy to miss specific obligations under GDPR, APPI, DSA, DMA, or Apple App Store guidelines.
How it works
Clause reviews documents through SCOPE → SCAN → ASSESS → REPORT → SUGGEST: it first confirms the target jurisdiction, document type, and B2B/B2C scope, then checks required clauses item by item. Each finding is rated high / medium / low / informational, with formal law names and clause numbers when relevant. Missing clauses receive concrete suggested wording. It supports recipes for terms of service, privacy policies, Tokushoho, DPAs, EULAs, cookie consent, and app-store disclosure, and can hand off to Oath, Cloak, Builder, and Prose for implementation or plain-language writing.
