Problem
Ad hoc quality-improvement, NPD, systems-rollout, and cost-reduction projects often lack a consistent set of artifacts: unclear goals, incomplete WBS, schedules that are not easy to render, ambiguous ownership, and risks scattered across chat threads. Engineers and managers need reusable project-management templates rather than generic methodology commentary.
How It Works
The skill organizes output around PMBOK and quality-management practice. Given fields such as project_name, project_goal, and project_scope, it generates a project charter, WBS, task schedule, risk register, issue log, stage-review checklist, and closeout report. Version 2.0 adds renderable Mermaid Gantt code, a RACI matrix, EVM analysis, a progress dashboard, and Scrum/Kanban support. Integration exports include CSV, Markdown tables, and Excel templates for Jira, Feishu Projects, DingTalk, and Teambition.
Boundaries and Notes
It produces structured templates and calculation frameworks; it does not validate real budgets, staffing, or approvals. Mermaid code must be rendered in a compatible editor. EVM values such as SV, CV, and EAC require periodic updates, and exported files may still need field mapping before import. It is well suited to turning project work into reusable documentation.
