Manually converting PDF and DOCX materials can miss requirements, while generic AI drafts may be vague, overlong, or missing placeholders for images, tables, and certificates. Intelligent Bid Document Writer targets this workflow by turning tender parsing, scoring extraction, outline generation, content drafting, and Word formatting into a debuggable pipeline.

How It Works

• Markdown conversion: accepts PDF/DOCX/DOC/TXT/XLSX, converts tender documents to Markdown, and preserves heading hierarchy and tables for better model processing.
• Industry and template check: detects IT, construction, healthcare, education, manufacturing, logistics, consulting, or general use, then loads the relevant templates guide.
• Scoring and requirement extraction: extracts scoring items, scores, weights, qualifications, technical requirements, and commercial requirements to shape the outline.
• Outline and content generation: builds a four-level outline based on scoring criteria, drafts chapter content in parallel, and enforces independent paragraphs and tables.
• Quality checks and output: runs formula-based word-count checks, AI-trace reduction, placeholder generation, then outputs .docx with cover and table of contents.

Boundaries

It is best for tender projects with clear technical bid requirements and scoring standards, not for replacing commercial pricing, qualification verification, or legal review. Scanned PDF files should be OCR-processed first; parameters, project data, and certificates still need manual verification. Images, tables, and qualification scans are left as placeholders for later insertion.
