About this skill
Problem
Meal recommendations often fail because the intake is too structured or the health constraints conflict. A user may not want to provide BMI, calorie deficit, macronutrient targets, and regional preferences before getting a plan. At the same time, diabetes, hypertension, gout, renal disease, and pregnancy needs do not always combine cleanly. This skill treats a short phrase, such as weight-loss meal, low sugar, or lighter food, as enough input and returns a concrete daily meal page.
How It Works And Limits
The workflow is: recognize the target profile, design the menu, render an HTML page, and deliver the result. Default balanced meals target around 2000 kcal. Diabetes guidance favors low GI foods, hypertension favors low sodium, gout favors low purine, kidney diets follow stricter protein, potassium, and phosphate control, and pregnancy or feeding periods add folate, iron, calcium, and DHA considerations. Output includes type labels, health disclaimers, daily nutrition totals, meals, optional snacks, allergen notes, and substitution hints. Two-condition combinations use an intersection plus stricter conflict rule; for example, diabetes + hypertension becomes low GI plus low sodium. The skill is not a medical service: cases with three or more chronic conditions, medication-food interaction, extreme calorie restriction, or diagnosis requests should be routed to doctors or dietitians, with safe transition advice only. It also limits generation to two meal plans per day.
Use Cases
- Generate a three-meal page for a diabetes user who asks for a low-GI lunch, with calorie and GI notes.
- Turn a light dinner request from a hypertension user into a low-sodium menu with ingredient swaps and sodium guidance.
- Convert a diabetes plus weight-loss request into two daily low-GI, low-calorie meal plans and mark conflict handling.
- Create a vegetarian three-meal plan with a B12 note and an HTML page showing allergens and substitutions.
Best For
- Nutrition content editors who need quick executable menus for sugar, salt, or purine constraints.
- Product engineers testing dietary combination rules and generating HTML sample pages.
- Chronic condition users wanting one-prompt meals with calorie and allergen notes.
- Diet consultants preparing safe substitutions for vegetarian or pregnancy and feeding needs.
