Problem

Teams using Seedance 2.0 often have scripts that are readable but not production-ready: dialogue, scene details, camera intent, sound design, and style constraints are scattered, and manual prompt assembly can miss shot duration, character anchoring, or global no-watermark requirements. This skill narrows the boundary: the input is an existing script, and the output is shot-by-shot prompts ready for Seedance 2.0. It does not create, rewrite, or review the script.

How It Works

The workflow has four steps. First, it parses episodes, scene boundaries, and emotional density, then extracts character appearance, props, spatial relationships, and dialogue. Second, it plans shot segmentation, camera movement, lighting, color, and three layers of sound: ambient, action, and emotional or special sound effects. Third, it generates a fixed structure: [STYLE LOCK], [image, props, scene, and color-card anchoring], [visual description], and [HARD CUT]. The visual description is written as a flowing narrative that weaves in framing, character action, dialogue, and sound rather than a formulaic list. Finally, it outputs Markdown files and checks structure, dialogue fidelity, duration, and style consistency.

Limits

It is best for existing scripts that need conversion into short episode storyboards, targeting 90-120 seconds per episode and 4-15 seconds per shot. Dialogue is preserved verbatim inside quotation marks. If the script is empty, too short, or requires heavy creative writing, the skill will ask for batching or better input, and it will not add, delete, or rewrite plot content.
