Problem

Managing anniversaries is less about remembering a date and more about starting preparation early enough: choosing gifts, booking restaurants, confirming budgets, converting lunar dates each year, and handling several important dates at once. A plain calendar can remind, but it cannot produce an actionable timeline.

How it works

The skill targets concrete cases such as birthdays, romantic or wedding anniversaries, parents' birthdays, and friends' important dates. It first collects the date, recipient, type, lunar or Gregorian calendar, priority, and budget, then calculates the countdown and marks urgency, for example within 30 days as high priority. Core capabilities include:
- Annual calendar view: lists multiple dates by month;
- Countdown and date conversion: supports lunar-to-Gregorian conversion and notes annual updates;
- Staged preparation checklist: works backward from milestones like 3 weeks ahead, 2 weeks ahead, and 3 days ahead;
- Celebration planning: suggests gifts or activities based on relationship, preferences, and budget;
- Milestone calculation: for example romantic 100 days, 520 days, and 1000 days.

The output is execution-oriented: it recommends syncing results to a phone calendar and setting multi-level reminders.

Limits

The skill does not push future notifications and does not persist anniversary data beyond the current conversation; recorded information is session-scoped only. It is not intended for calendar app development, event execution, purchasing gifts, or long-term automatic reminder services. The best practice is to export the final plan to a local calendar and focus on a small set of core dates.
