Problem
Enterprise due diligence often stalls on unstable registry APIs, fragmented Chinese public sources, and noisy search results: Tianyancha/Qichacha MCP connections can drop; financing, team, product, and risk signals sit across different sites; and an LLM may merge facts from different dates into one timeline, making equity, investor, and risk conclusions unreliable.
How It Works
The skill follows a six-step workflow: it calls Tianyancha and Qichacha through DeferExecuteTool to cross-check the unified social credit code, then pulls business registration, equity, executives, and change records in parallel, recursively traversing shareholders with >50% control. The core step is open-web research: Doubao Search API is the primary Chinese search tool, AnySearch covers English and academic sources, and WebSearch is the fallback. Results are filtered by authority level, PublishTime freshness, deduplication, and topic classification, with multi-angle cross-checks for facts, latest updates, third-party views, and negative risk signals.
Boundaries
It outputs an 11-chapter Markdown report covering basic information, history, equity structure with an ASCII diagram, financing, team, products, competitors, risks, and policies. Missing data is marked as 'not disclosed', 'no record', or 'limited public information' rather than invented. If registry APIs are unavailable, the skill falls back to public-web cross-verification, so the basic-information chapter may be thinner. English legal routing and academic precision are less stable than Chinese search.
