About this skill

Problem Addressed

Psychological stress assessment often relies on self-report scales or clinical interviews, making it hard to obtain objective, low-friction signals for routine monitoring. This skill targets scenarios such as employee wellbeing, campus screening, and home health monitoring. It uses facial video or images, combines non-contact physiological cues with micro-expression features, and outputs structured results for stress, anxiety tendency, and depression tendency.

How It Works

  • Input supports local files and network URLs. The media type can be video or image; common video formats include mp4, avi, and mov, with a 10MB file limit.
  • Analysis uses rPPG to estimate physiological indicators such as heart rate variability, while FACS-based micro-expression analysis captures emotional fluctuations. The output includes a structured report, risk notes, recommendations, and a report link.
  • Historical report queries use --list against the cloud API. Results must come from the cloud service and be rendered as a Markdown table, rather than local memory or manually compiled records.
  • User identity is handled internally. The script should not ask for usernames, phone numbers, or other internal identity values, and outputs should not expose them.

Boundaries

This skill is an assistive reference for mental health monitoring, not a substitute for professional psychological counseling or clinical diagnosis. For better signal coverage, use a clear video of at least 2 minutes with a visible face. If persistent abnormalities are observed, seek professional help. Use the bundled scripts and consult references/api_doc.md for API behavior; avoid generating temporary replacement scripts.

Use Cases

  • In employee wellbeing programs, generate stress, anxiety, and depression tendency reports from uploaded facial videos.
  • In campus screening preparation, produce structured assessment results and risk notes from clear facial video.
  • In home health monitoring, review stress status using a 2-minute video and retrieve cloud historical reports.

Best For

  • HR managers in employee wellbeing: want to generate stress and emotion tendency reports from employee facial videos.
  • University counseling staff: want structured video-based reference results for screening preparation.
  • Family health coordinators: want to review recent stress status and retrieve cloud historical assessment reports.
