About this skill
Problem It Solves
Personal notes often sit scattered across calendars, to-dos, spending logs, and one-off thoughts, making it hard to answer questions like “Which life area has been underinvested?” or “How did I solve a similar problem before?” This skill turns life management into a tracked structure: health, career, family, relationships, interests, and meaning, with priorities adjusted by life stage.
How It Works
The core loop is plan - act - review - iterate:
- Onboarding infers age, work, family, and relationship context, then creates an initial six-dimension score and first goal;
- Daily use can trigger planning and logging with commands such as /daily_plan, /health, and /family;
- Weekly and monthly reviews summarize goal completion, dimension changes, and reusable practices;
- The memory layer separates recent notes, long-term archives, and best practices, and supports semantic search, for example “When am I most efficient?”
Data is intended to stay in local Markdown files with templates and reference docs, so it can be backed up or reworked with ordinary file tools.
Where It Fits
It suits people who want ongoing tracking of life structure, review habits, and past experience. It is not a substitute for syncing external calendars and finance systems, or for medical or legal advice. Six-dimension scores are subjective; the goal is trend tracking, not precision. Life stages can be adjusted manually rather than treated as fixed labels.
Use Cases
- During daily review, turn today's top three tasks and health/family notes into a tracked local document.
- On Sunday night, summarize six-dimension scores and key goal completion, then draft next week's plan.
- When facing a sleep issue, use semantic search to find past reviews and best practices for actionable advice.
- During first setup, complete life-stage identification, initial six-dimension scoring, and one small goal.
Best For
- Working parents who need to organize health, family, and work notes into weekly and monthly reviews.
- Freelancers who want to track budgeting, career growth, and life goals in local documents.
- Content creators who need regular semantic search across past reviews and best practices.
- Recent graduates transitioning into work who want to set stage goals and build review habits.
