About this skill

What Problem It Solves

Job search tasks are often fragmented: a JD hides implicit expectations, a resume is too generic, HR silence is hard to interpret, interview prep lacks structure, and offer comparison misses compensation risks. This skill organizes the process into concrete modules while keeping the user's real work history as the source of truth.

How It Works

  • Resume generation: reads multiple resume versions in HTML, Markdown, Word/PDF, or plain text; builds a reusable experience library; reorders roles by relevance; rewrites bullet points for the target role; and exports an HTML resume plus segmented Markdown files.
  • Five-stage workflow: moves from job decoding, outreach activation, interview preparation, silence diagnosis, to offer and salary negotiation, producing cold-open lines, follow-up messages, interview question lists, compensation calculations, and negotiation guardrails.
  • Company due diligence: uses public WebSearch / WebFetch sources to summarize registration details, operational risk, public sentiment, and workplace-community signals, marking unverified items as pending or not found.
  • Memory and summaries: maintains 岗位描述库.md and 求职进展记录.md, and can generate a compact job-funnel table on request.

Boundaries and Caveats

  • Resume output must stay grounded in provided materials; it should not invent roles, projects, metrics, or dates.
  • Due diligence depends on public information and may not cover login-gated community content; it is not legal advice.
  • The “AI mind-force” and fortune modules are optional decision-framing aids, not substitutes for actual job-search actions.

Use Cases

  • Turn a target JD and multiple resume drafts into a tailored HTML resume.
  • Diagnose HR silence and draft a value-focused follow-up message.
  • Prepare interview roles, sensitive questions, and answer frameworks.
  • Compare offers, compute real annual pay changes, and set negotiation limits.

Best For

  • Candidates targeting tech, product, or operations roles who need JD-tailored resumes.
  • Job seekers facing HR silence who need structured follow-up messages.
  • Candidates negotiating offers who need compensation comparison and guardrails.
  • Applicants checking company risk via public, reputation, and community signals.
