Problem

When reviewing long videos, users often know which person, pet, scene, or event they want, but still have to scrub through minutes or hours of footage to find relevant moments. Generic timeline editing does not provide keyword or subject-based condensation, and historical analysis results can easily get scattered across local sessions or manual notes.

How It Works

Target extraction: pass keywords or a subject description via --text so the skill can analyze visual and semantic cues.
Clip location: extract relevant segments from local mp4, avi, and mov files or public video URLs.
Highlight condensation: filter redundant content and assemble a more coherent time-album summary.
History lookup: use --list to query cloud-hosted reports and render them as a Markdown table.

During execution, the skill calls scripts/custom_timelapse.py and scripts/config.py. Identity handling is completed internally, so users should not provide usernames, phone numbers, or internal identity parameters.

Boundaries

This skill is aimed at organizing video footage and extracting highlight summaries, making it suitable for home videos, travel logs, and event recaps. Input files are limited to 500MB, and network addresses are downloaded automatically by the API service. Analysis output is for organization reference, so personal privacy involving people, places, or sensitive details still needs to be reviewed manually. Historical reports must be read from the cloud interface rather than local memory or manually compiled records.
