How it works
The skill calls the Bailian Bid Open API using an App Key, with a consistent asynchronous model of submit → poll → retrieve result.
- Interpretation: supports
.pdf,.doc, and.docxfiles up to 50 MB, returning project information, qualification items, disqualification red lines, scoring criteria, commercial terms, pricing requirements, and bid-control insights. Reports can be exported as HTML or Word. - Bid proposal generation: uses an interpreted project and selected package to generate a
.docxdocument up to 500 pages, with table of contents, sections, and bookmarks for items that still need manual filling. This step consumes credits and may take more than 10 minutes. - Compliance review: accepts the interpreted tender document plus one or more bid documents, then returns risk issues grouped as high risk, needs review, and notice, with tender basis, bid evidence, and suggested fixes. It also supports similarity checks across multiple files.
Users mainly provide uploaded files, local absolute paths, or downloadable URLs, describe the task, and paste an App Key when required. Generated artifacts are returned with absolute full paths, including interpretation reports, final bid documents, and compliance reports.
Limits and caveats
- Interpretation, package extraction, and compliance review do not consume credits themselves, but API / Skill submission still requires a positive balance.
- Bid proposal generation is the main credit-consuming step and may take a long time.
- Tender files are limited to 50 MB; each bid document is limited to 1024 MB.
- Experience saving and issue reporting must be shown to the user and approved first; file content is not uploaded automatically.
- If semantic review returns partial results, the output must state that it is not a complete review.
