Problem

Using Suno for guofeng tracks is not only about finding lyric phrases. The hard part is turning feedback like “sad female vocal, add erhu, make the chorus brighter” into stable Style of Music and Lyrics prompts. Chinese lyrics also need rhyme, tonal balance, and singability, while hand-written lines can sound generic or hard to perform, requiring repeated revisions before release.

How it works

The skill acts as a bridge between a person and Suno: it collects the theme, mood, instruments, vocal, and tempo; drafts verse, chorus, and bridge with pinyin-based rhyme and tonal checks; then assembles a structured spec into two paste-ready outputs: an English style description and tagged lyrics. If playback feedback asks for a male voice or a brighter chorus, it maps that language back into a local spec change, reassembles the prompt, and closes the generate-listen-refine loop. diagnose_song.py can also turn vague issues such as “fake opera vocal” or “too full” into actionable fixes.

Limits

It produces prompts, not audio; final sound quality still depends on the Suno model. Rare or polyphonic Chinese characters should be checked first, and unusual spoken commands may rely on keyword matching, so wording may need adjustment.
