About this skill

Problem

Daily supervision logs often need to combine weather, construction location, work content, crew and equipment, site issues, and inspection records in one dated document. Manual drafting can miss fields, use inconsistent terminology, or require repeated numeric checks. This skill turns daily project notes into a structured draft, reducing repetitive formatting.

How It Works

  • It first collects project information for the day: project name, weather, construction location, work content, crew count, materials/equipment, construction machinery, site issues, supervision activities, and remarks. Missing items can be marked as none or to be added.
  • It then generates a draft based on the log structure, with a required style that is professional, concise, and objective, avoiding free-form invention.
  • After generation, it prompts review of time, location, numbers, technical terms, supplementary records such as concealed-work acceptance or parallel inspection, and items needing follow-up.
  • After confirmation, the version can be archived by project, supporting monthly summaries and tracking important issues until closure.

Boundaries

This skill organizes user input into a draft and does not replace on-site supervision judgment. All data must come from user input; it should not invent missing information. Key items such as concealed work, acceptance records, and issued documents still require manual verification of evidence and conclusions.

Use Cases

  • End of day: turn weather, work, crew, and inspection notes into a log draft
  • After missed entries: build a log framework from recalled key facts
  • Project start: generate a log template, then add daily updates
  • Review drafts for dates, numbers, terms, and follow-up site issues

Best For

  • Site supervisors who need daily log drafts before leaving work
  • Documentation staff who must standardize scattered site records
  • Project managers who track issue closure and monthly report material
  • New supervisors who need a template before daily entries
