How It Works

The skill runs through information collection, type classification, variable confirmation, and document generation. Key capabilities include:
- Template routing: selects a path for Intangible Cultural Heritage Festival, Family Fashion Event, or Citywide Recruitment based on the event profile.
- Section generation: produces 10 sections covering background, core value, format, process, budget, promotion, risk control, delivery, and operator profile.
- Budget modeling: uses 10 cost categories such as stage production, program production, promotion, materials, staffing, styling, training, support, logistics, and miscellaneous costs.
- Document delivery: builds a Word file with docx-js and outputs a downloadable .docx file.

Boundaries

It is best suited for cultural tourism festivals, family fashion showcases, and recruitment or merchant onboarding projects. The default agenda includes red carpet check-in, opening, main showcase, awards, and closing. For online events, trade show booths, conference formats, or compliance-heavy government projects, users should add agenda, safety, budget, and approval variables so the output does not rely on default assumptions.
