About this skill
Problem It Addresses
Yonyou NC/U9/YonBIP implementation projects often mix roles, phases, deliverables, and risks across PM, business, development, and client teams. This skill organizes the v8.0 methodology's 49 standard scenarios and YIDM V3.0 intelligent delivery materials into a phase-based knowledge base.
How It Works
- Identify the phase: project planning, blueprint design, system building, go-live, or continuous optimization; also lookup terminology, templates, cases, and technical references.
- Load the scenario: use IDs such as
PP-09,BB-04, orGP-07to retrieve objectives, tasks, roles, risks, and templates. - Answer conversationally: give a concise answer, risk notes, reusable outputs such as kickoff minutes, research plans, and cutover checklists, then suggest three follow-up questions.
- Cover YIDM V3.0: five agents, 3+1 coaches, the AW workspace, asset packages, 26 delivery tasks, and intelligent configuration checks.
Boundaries
It is useful for roadmap selection, phase task breakdown, draft deliverables, and delivery checks. It is not a product manual, bug-fix tool, SAP/Oracle/Kingdee methodology, legal or tax advisor, or a substitute for client-specific solution design. For data migration and cutover, require backup, written confirmation, and human review.
Use Cases
- A PM prepares kickoff using PP-09 to organize agenda, charter, plan, and risk list.
- A business consultant designs blueprint by selecting BB scenarios for research plan, TO-BE process, and solution outline.
- A developer prepares cutover using GP scenarios to check data migration, integration, and go-live checklist.
- A client compares implementation roadmaps and drafts acceptance questions from the methodology.
Best For
- Yonyou PM: needs project schedule, kickoff setup, and risk management.
- Business consultant: needs research plans, TO-BE process design, and solution notes.
- Development consultant: needs data migration, integration design, and YonBuilder references.
- Client key user: needs roadmap selection, go-live preparation, and acceptance questions.
