About this skill

Problem

After meetings, the missing piece is not a transcript but an actionable conclusion. Transcripts are often long, colloquial, and repetitive, while handwritten notes are fragmented and missing owners or deadlines. This skill focuses on post-meeting cleanup, turning Feishu, Tencent Meeting, or DingTalk transcripts or drafts into a five-part structured minute: decisions, action items, risks, open items, and knowledge capture.

How it works

  • Clean the input: remove filler words, merge repeated statements, and turn half-questions into clear judgments.
  • Detect signals: locate phrases such as “let’s lock it in,” “you own this,” “I’m worried,” or “pending” and map them to the five parts.
  • Adapt to the platform: ask which meeting tool was used, then structure output for Feishu tasks/multi-dimensional tables, Tencent Docs templates/smart tables, or DingTalk DING to-dos.
  • Self-check and ask: if an action item lacks an owner or deadline, ask the user instead of inventing it; vague dates must become concrete dates; cross-team actions need both sides confirmed.

The result is a Markdown minute that can be pasted directly into a document, plus ready-to-send reminder drafts for each owner and a draft agenda for the next meeting based on open items.

Boundaries

It does not transcribe audio or capture notes in real time during the meeting. If the input lacks clear conclusions or ownership, it will ask for clarification. It does not expand into PPTs, emails, or video scripts unless requested.

Use Cases

  • After a product-research weekly, turn Feishu meeting transcripts into minutes with decisions, owners, and deadlines.
  • After a Tencent Meeting design review, extract rejection reasons, risks, and follow-up tasks from the transcript.
  • After a DingTalk cross-team project meeting, map decisions to DING to-dos and generate reminder drafts for owners.
  • After a retrospective, turn spoken notes into process lessons, open items, and a draft agenda for the next meeting.

Best For

  • Operations or project assistants who consolidate product-research meeting outcomes for team channels.
  • Tencent-ecosystem product managers who need to track design-review risks and follow-ups.
  • Government or enterprise project coordinators who push cross-team actions in DingTalk groups.
  • Process owners or team leads who need retro lessons and open items documented.
