About this skill

Problem

Meeting materials often arrive as transcripts, loose notes, or chat logs: fragmented sentences, repeated phrasing, filler words, and decisions mixed with action items. Manual cleanup can drop later content, present opinions as facts, or miss owners and deadlines for follow-up work.

How It Works

Meeting Minutes Pro processes raw material in three passes: extract the agenda, summarize consensus, decisions, and open disagreements, and identify owners, deadlines, and acceptance criteria. Before delivery, it checks the one-line summary, action-item completeness, attribution of decision statements, and flags missing owners or deadlines with ⚠️.

  • Faithful editing: unclear or ambiguous phrases are marked [unclear in source] instead of inferred.
  • Facts vs opinions: data stays separate from personal judgments, which are attributed to speakers.
  • Meeting-type routing: regular meetings, reviews, 1:1s, client meetings, brainstorming, and retrospectives use different templates.
  • Long-material chunking: transcripts over one hour are split by timeline, extracted in chunks, and merged to reduce omissions.
  • Optional outputs: per-person to-do lists, follow-up on previous action items for recurring meetings, and formal Word versions when requested.

Boundaries

The skill assumes meeting material already exists; it does not record audio, run live transcription, or send emails by itself. Sensitive topics such as personnel matters, compensation, or client commitments should be reviewed before being placed in formal minutes.

Use Cases

  • Clean up a long product review transcript and extract decisions, action items, owners, and deadlines.
  • Turn WeChat and Feishu client-meeting messages into minutes with consensus and follow-up tasks.
  • Review weekly meeting minutes and generate follow-up on previous action items plus per-person to-do lists.
  • Organize 1:1 or client meeting notes, flag sensitive topics, and attribute opinions to speakers.

Best For

  • Product leads who need to organize review transcripts and confirm decision ownership
  • Sales ops who need to extract client-meeting consensus and follow-ups from chat logs
  • Project assistants who archive weekly minutes and track previous action items
  • Managers who organize 1:1 meeting materials and handle sensitive wording
