About this skill

Problem

When contracts accumulate, key details scatter across PDFs, emails, and spreadsheets: which ones expire soon, what the amounts are, who the counterparties are, and what the next milestones are. Contract Ledger Pro targets this lightweight ledger workflow: extract structured records from uploaded contracts, then connect expiry reminders and Feishu delivery to reduce manual follow-up.

How It Works

The core pipeline is PDF parsing → AI field extraction → ledger management → expiry reminders. PyMuPDF extracts the contract text, and an AI pass identifies the contract name, amount, dates, counterparty, and key nodes, storing them in the ledger. From there, entries can be filtered by status, amount, or expiry, and managed through basic create/read/update/delete actions. Users can also configure reminders to trigger N days ahead, with messages pushed as Feishu cards.

Boundaries

This workflow works best when contract text is reasonably standard and key fields can be extracted reliably. Complex approval flows, multi-party responsibilities, and legal clause interpretation still require manual review. The materials also list tier differences for contract limits, reminder counts, and export formats, so verify whether CSV, Excel, or PDF export meets your needs.

Use Cases

  • Procurement uploads multiple contract PDFs before renewal to extract counterparties, amounts, and expiry dates.
  • Legal filters contracts expiring within 30 days, sets advance reminders, and pushes them to Feishu.
  • Ops owner reviews ledger details, updates status and key nodes, then exports CSV for archiving.
  • Sales leads filter high-value contracts by month, checks counterparty and dates, and sends expiry alerts.

Best For

  • Operations staff tracking procurement contracts: convert PDF contracts into a filterable ledger and trigger timely renewals.
  • Legal assistants handling contract archiving: extract amounts, counterparties, dates, and key milestones to reduce manual entry.
  • Business owners following project renewals: set N-day advance reminders and push alerts to Feishu groups.
  • Finance specialists managing vendor contracts: filter by amount and status, then export CSV for monthly checks.
