About this skill

Problem

When HR teams prepare monthly reports, recruitment reviews, cost analyses, or talent reviews, the work often gets stuck in the same gap: data is scattered across CSV files, Excel sheets, verbal conclusions, or outputs from different HR workflows, and someone still has to assemble a slide deck manually. That process is slow and easily produces slides with too much text, charts without conclusions, or data points that are hard to verify. This skill treats HR reporting PPTs as a task with explicit inputs, outputs, and quality checks rather than open-ended copy generation.

How It Works

  • Routing across 12 report types: covers high-frequency HR scenarios such as monthly_manpower, recruitment_review, cost_analysis, and talent_review, starting with keyword matching, time range, and audience to identify the right report type.
  • Data and style selection: reads CSV, Excel, or text inputs, checks required fields for completeness, and selects an audience-based style such as executive_minimal, classic_business, brand_custom, or consulting.
  • Script-based PPT generation: twelve Python scripts use pandas, python-pptx, and matplotlib to produce .pptx files, typically structured as 8-10 slides with an executive summary, KPI cards, comparison or funnel charts, risks, and actions.
  • Three checkpoints: CP1 confirms the scenario, CP2 validates data completeness and source, and CP3 blocks delivery until the deck has Top 3 findings, concise slides, chart takeaways, and source labels.

Boundaries

It fits turning existing HR data into a presentation-ready deck. It does not design performance plans, talent development programs, attrition analyses, or other upstream decisions. When data comes from another HR skill, the workflow expects authoritative confirmation; if data is missing, it can create a placeholder framework, but conclusion-level claims should be limited.

Use Cases

  • Turn monthly onboarding and offboarding CSV data into an 8-10 slide executive deck.
  • Convert recruitment funnel data into a review deck with conversion and headcount trends.
  • Build a training review deck from L1-L4 results and ROI, with concise conclusions.
  • Apply brand colors and logo when presenting HR metrics to external stakeholders.

Best For

  • HRBPs who need monthly headcount changes in an executive-ready PPT.
  • Recruiting leads who want funnel data turned into a conclusion-first review deck.
  • Training managers who need L1-L4 results and ROI shown as clear slides.
  • Compensation analysts who need payroll, social insurance, and benefit charts in one deck.
