About this skill

What It Solves

Tourism marketing content often mixes destination descriptions, pricing, promotions, image rights, and sensitive expressions. Publishing a WeChat post, promo copy, or campaign page without review can create advertising-law, political, IP, and pricing risks. This skill treats pre-publish review as a checklist-driven task rather than a vague tone check.

How It Works

  • Read the rules first: it loads references/compliance-rules.md before drafting or reviewing content.
  • Creation task: draft the content, self-check it against the compliance list, then output a publish-ready version with notes for key changes, such as replacing “cash voucher” with “gift voucher”, removing “final interpretation rights”, and softening superlatives.
  • Review task: scan political compliance, advertising compliance, values, IP, pricing, and other details, then flag issues as severe / needs revision / optimization suggestion and provide concrete fixes.
  • Focus areas: leaders, national symbols, RMB imagery, HK/Macau/TW wording, celebrity portraits, event logos, unlicensed IP, fake original prices, “from” pricing, and promotions without clear end dates.

Boundaries

Best for reviewing WeChat posts, promotional copy, event campaigns, and self-media reposts. It can flag risks based on written content, but it does not replace legal counsel, copyright owners, or official approval. For major campaigns, regulated claims, or cross-border distribution, defer to the latest laws and company policy.

Use Cases

  • Before publishing a tourism WeChat post, check superlatives, pricing, and HK/Macau/TW wording risks.
  • Review existing promotion copy and flag banned words, fake original prices, and missing end dates.
  • Audit self-media reposts for HK/Macau/TW issues, event logos, and unlicensed IP risks.
  • Draft destination campaign pages and rewrite “best” phrases and final-interpretation clauses into compliant wording.

Best For

  • Tourism content editors drafting WeChat posts and promo copy, needing pre-publish compliance checks.
  • Marketing operations staff designing limited-time offers and pricing promotions, needing activity and price wording review.
  • Compliance reviewers auditing published campaign drafts and flagging issues by severity level.
  • Destination marketing managers normalizing HK/Macau/TW, event, and celebrity-imagery claims before release.
