About this skill
Problem
Maintaining DingTalk daily reports can become fragmented: entries are scattered across chats, documents, and local files, deleting old records requires manual searching, and assembling a weekly summary means reorganizing several days of notes. daily-report focuses on this workflow and consolidates recording, cleanup, and aggregation into fixed commands.
How It Works
The skill is intended for authenticated users, bound by DingTalk user_id, with data stored isolated by user_id. Common operations include:
/report today: record today's report/report list: list all of the user's report dates/report delete: delete a specific date's report/report delete all: clear all of the user's reports/report weekly: generate a summary for the last 7 days
It is useful for turning daily entries into queryable, deletable, and summable records; it is not a full office system and does not promise to sync all DingTalk messages or approval states.
Use Cases
- After the end of the workday, write today's work summary into the daily DingTalk report.
- When cleaning up history, delete the report for one specified date.
- When reviewing personal records, list all saved report dates for the user.
- On Friday, generate a weekly summary for the last 7 days as a status update.
Best For
- Authenticated users who need to log daily work summaries in DingTalk reports.
- Team members who need to delete or clear their own daily report records.
- Users who need to list their report dates and generate a 7-day weekly summary.
- Individual office users who want daily-report data stored and isolated by user_id.
