Problem

When engineers or business operations staff need to verify public business registry information for a Chinese company, common issues include ambiguous short names, inconsistent field naming across sources, and manually combining queries for legal representative, shareholders, key personnel, investments, and changes. This skill focuses on name-based public registry lookups and returns structured factual data.

Capabilities and workflow

It supports company fuzzy search, basic business information, shareholder details, key personnel, outbound investments, and registry changes. The workflow first uses discover to identify the requested dimension, then calls fengniao_biz_fuzzy_search to obtain the internal entity id. If the company name is a short name or matches multiple entities, the skill asks the user to confirm the target company. Later dimension queries use the internal entity id rather than the company name or unified social credit code. The skill requires FN_API_KEY to be configured, and the published package passes the channel automatically. Missing dimensions are reported as no record; unsupported dimensions such as patents, bidding, or public opinion are marked as not supported in the current version.

Boundaries

It only provides factual lookup and summarization, not conclusions or recommendations, and does not serve as a basis for investment, credit, partnership, or hiring decisions. It does not support person-based queries or reverse lookups on individuals. Registry data may lag, so the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System should be treated as authoritative.
