Problem

Plans often look complete during drafting, but they reveal missing budgets, timelines, ownership boundaries, and risk contingencies once multiple departments execute them. Marketing, event, team-building, and business-plan content needs to satisfy decision-makers, resource owners, operators, and end users; author self-review alone rarely catches those gaps.

How it works

The skill treats the input as an auditable proposal rather than a text-polishing task. It identifies the plan type, then applies the matching review chain:
- Sequential diagnostics: reviews it in order, such as marketing lead, finance, operations, executive, and end user
- Conflict simulation: stages a cross-department meeting to expose interest, resource, and risk blind spots
- Patch output: revises only the core sections challenged by multiple roles, using original → revised
It also outputs a risk and contingency table.

Boundaries and notes

It fits proposal-style content with an execution context, such as event flows, business plans, interview schedules, and training plans. If the input is only a script or fragmented notes, it notes the mismatch and still gives basic review feedback. When budgets, timelines, or audiences are missing, it asks for clarification; for very short inputs, it reduces the review chain while still completing the analysis.
