About this skill

Problem It Solves

Period trackers often feel either too mechanical or too customer-service-y. Users need short, human chat-style messages, role-based comfort, and copyable messages to send to a partner, not long system notifications. Period Care Companion combines cycle tracking, symptom recognition, styled chat, and message drafting into one conversational workflow for lightweight life-service use.

How It Works

  • Cycle and reminders: records the first day, estimates the next date, and sends Cron reminders seven days before and on the day itself.
  • Role companionship: includes styles such as clingy puppy, CEO boyfriend, gentle warm man, doctor boyfriend, and comedy mode; users can switch roles by asking to change roles.
  • Clone mode: from 3–5 chat screenshots, it extracts address, tone, emoji habits, and catchphrases, then generates a style prompt for future replies or post-breakup comfort.
  • Lifestyle guidance: covers the four cycle phases with food, fruit, exercise, sleep, and symptom quick checks; the doctor style leans toward structured clinical-style advice.
  • Partner message drafts: generates a one-off message that reads like the user wrote it, rather than a template.

Boundaries

This skill is a chat and lifestyle aid, not a medical diagnosis, prescription, or emergency service. TCM, acupoint, and diet notes are general wellness references; severe pain, abnormal bleeding, or persistent symptoms require medical care. Clone quality depends on screenshot samples: clearer, more consistent chat style produces closer results, while sparse or mixed samples fall back to a generic tone.

Use Cases

  • A user receives a Cron reminder seven days before a period, then asks the doctor role about cramps.
  • A user sends 3–5 screenshots of an ex-partner’s chat to clone that tone for period comfort.
  • When a user says “my stomach hurts,” the doctor role suggests heat, acupoint massage, and ibuprofen.
  • A user needs to turn current discomfort into a short message to send to a partner, in their own voice.

Best For

  • Young women who want period reminders and short chat-style comfort instead of long customer-service replies.
  • Partnered women who want to turn period status into a forwardable message.
  • Users going through a breakup who want short-term comfort in an ex-partner’s chat style.
  • Users who prefer the doctor-boyfriend style and quick checks for cramps, swelling, or breakouts.
