How It Works
The skill has two main workflows:
- Legal consulting: it organizes facts, classifies the legal issue, retrieves relevant provisions, applies the rules, and provides practical next steps. Responses can cover evidence, procedure, jurisdiction, limitation issues, and the difference between consensual divorce and litigation.
- Divorce complaint drafting: it asks for plaintiff and defendant details, marriage information, grounds for divorce, children, property, debt, and claims, then fills a structured form-style template and generates a
docxfile. Missing critical fields are requested before drafting rather than guessed.
Citations are checked before use. The skill prefers a built-in index of marriage and family law provisions and, when online, cross-checks validity through flk.npc.gov.cn. If a provision cannot be confirmed, the output should say that it needs verification.
