Given a target_region, it evaluates regional endowments, existing industrial base, innovation capacity, talent supply, market demand, and long-term trends to identify directions worth cultivating early.

How It Works

It follows a staged analysis chain rather than outputting a simple industry list:
- Baseline diagnosis: assesses location, land, energy, logistics, policy platforms, dominant industries, chain completeness, and enterprise structure.
- Trend scan: aligns national policy direction, global technology routes, and market space to identify tracks with medium- and long-term certainty.
- Fit ranking: builds an evaluation matrix across resources, industrial base, talent, innovation, market demand, and investment attraction feasibility, then groups tracks into priority levels.
- Implementation breakdown: explains why a track is recommended, why the region is suitable, how it should be cultivated, and how investment attraction, innovation platforms, and ecosystem mechanisms can make it work.
The output is closer to a structured analytical framework than a slogan, making it useful for planning documents, investment attraction direction reviews, and early-stage industrial policy analysis.

Boundaries and Caveats

The skill relies on web search and public information, so results are sensitive to data freshness, regional statistical definitions, and policy wording. In regions with weak industrial foundations, talent pools, or energy and land constraints, it may rank “hot” sectors lower than in leading cities. It is not a substitute for on-site research, company interviews, fiscal capacity assessment, or final investment decisions. Use it as a pre-decision analysis layer, then validate the shortlist with local stakeholders and practical implementation constraints.
