• Count the body: It extracts the main text excluding the abstract and reports the Chinese character count.

• Score five dimensions: It evaluates topic alignment, applied depth, practicality, writing clarity, and structure/completeness.
• Diagnose revisions: It checks whether the total reaches the 45-point pass line and focuses improvement plans on the weakest dimensions.
