Problem

College application selection for Gaokao is not just score ranking. Province rules, batch, subject track, college-major groups, historical admission data, tuition, and campus location can all change the outcome. Many students and families focus only on raw score or historical minimum lines, while missing plan changes, major popularity shifts, group adjustment risk, and special-program restrictions.

How it works

This skill is organized as an AgentSkills folder. After reading SKILL.md, it starts with intake: confirm the candidate's province, year, score, rank, batch, and subject track, then collect target cities, school tier, major direction, tolerance for adjustment, private colleges, Sino-foreign programs, high tuition, or remote campuses, plus budget, physical requirements, weak subject scores, and language limits. If official data is missing, it does not invent current admission lines; it first produces a data-gathering plan and a source checklist.

The matching logic prioritizes rank over score, using score only as auxiliary context. It filters and normalizes user-provided CSV / XLSX data, builds a candidate pool, and segments choices into rush, stable, safe, and cushion. A full recommendation typically includes a candidate profile, data gaps, a ranked shortlist, tradeoff notes, per-choice risk explanations, a verification checklist, and next actions.

Boundaries

It is useful for organizing information, explaining risk, and drafting a reviewable plan. It should not replace official sources such as provincial exam authorities, university admission handbooks, or national Gaokao platforms. It does not guarantee admission. Special cases such as medicine, public security, military academies, arts and sports, strong-foundation programs, comprehensive evaluation, directed teacher training, directed medicine, Sino-foreign cooperation, high tuition, and remote campuses require extra human verification.
