Problem

Four Pillars readings often collapse into black-box claims: unsupported verdicts, copied ancient warnings, pseudo-precise dates, or fatalistic framing. For engineers, the skill needs inspectable rules, reproducible chart generation, and constrained output.

How It Works

• Automatic charting: after birth date, hour, and gender are provided, it can call scripts/paipan.py to produce a structured JSON report; existing chart reports can also be consumed directly.
• School constraints: it follows the Zi Ping regular-pattern framework, prioritizing pattern preferences, climate balancing, and day-master strength, while avoiding mixing unrelated schools.
• Scenario templates: responses are routed into overview, career, wealth, marriage, health, study, major cycles, or compatibility rather than dumping every domain at once.
• Semantic translation: classical phrases are translated into modern life guidance, such as interpreting marital fragility as timing, observation, and communication risk instead of fear-based verdicts.

Boundaries

This is better treated as a structured cultural-reasoning tool: it does not apply true solar time correction, has limited shensha coverage, avoids medical diagnosis, and should not drive high-stakes decisions like quitting, divorce, or large investments. Treat outputs as probability windows, not certainties.
