About this skill

Problems It Solves

A-share company research often fragments into isolated financial metrics, market data, and third-party opinions. Reading gross margin, cash collection, or ROE in isolation is easy to misread, and unstable quote APIs on non-trading days can interrupt the analysis. This skill turns deep company research into an executable SOP: validate data sources first, collect annual reports, structured financial data, industry context, and management statements, then move into six-dimension analysis and DCF valuation.

Core Workflow

  • Research plan and data pre-checks: verify financial summaries, cash flow, and market data before analysis. If real-time quotes fail on non-trading days, fall back through akshare real-time quotes, akshare K-line, and Sohu Securities pages.
  • Six-dimension cross-validation: cover business model, industry trends, operating performance, cash flow, management and capital allocation, and valuation. Each metric is expected to be validated against 2-3 related metrics rather than interpreted alone.
  • Stage-based DCF valuation: classify the company as high-growth, steady-growth, mature, or transitioning, then choose FCF, growth rate, WACC, forecast period, and terminal growth assumptions. Include sensitivity analysis, terminal-value risk control, and scenario valuation.
  • Management tracking: extract original statements from annual reports, earnings briefings, and investor relations records, then compare past commitments against actual results.

Usage Boundaries

This skill is designed for value-investment research on A-share listed companies. It provides a data-driven analytical framework and report structure, not a substitute for manual due diligence, and does not constitute investment instructions. If core financial data sources are unavailable, the workflow pauses and prompts the user; some Beijing Stock Exchange endpoints may have compatibility issues.

Use Cases

  • When assigned an A-share company research task, generate a report framework with data pre-checks, six-dimension analysis, and DCF valuation.
  • When financial metrics conflict, cross-validate them using cash collection, net cash ratio, receivables, payables, and contract liabilities instead of single-metric conclusions.
  • When real-time quote APIs fail on non-trading days, fall back through akshare real-time, K-line, and Sohu Securities data to obtain the latest closing price and valuation metrics.
  • When writing a deep research report, extract management statements from annual reports, earnings briefings, and investor relations records, then track commitment fulfillment.

Best For

  • Fund managers focused on A-share value investing: they need to connect financial data, industry trends, management behavior, and DCF valuation into a reviewable research file.
  • Sell-side equity analysts: they need a six-dimension question list, data validation checks, and a valuation sensitivity matrix before drafting an in-depth company report.
  • Board secretaries or investor relations staff: they need to organize management statements and risk disclosures from annual reports, earnings briefings, and investor relations records.
  • Quantitative researchers: they need to convert financial metrics, CAPEX normalization, FCF selection, and stage-based DCF parameter rules into an inspectable analysis workflow.
