About this skill

What problem it solves

When a post or short video has already earned strong engagement, the useful question is not whether it is “viral,” but why it was clicked, watched, and shared. This skill turns subjective audience-reach experience into a checkable analysis workflow: title appeal, narrative structure, emotional triggers, and platform fit are mapped to concrete dimensions instead of a single conclusion.

How it works

It accepts text, URLs, or platform descriptions, and for URLs it requires actual content retrieval rather than impression-based summaries. Core steps include:
- Title and cover scoring: rates eight dimensions such as curiosity, benefit promise, emotional resonance, counterintuitive framing, specificity, urgency, social currency, and keyword coverage.
- Narrative structure analysis: identifies the opening hook, conflict setup, emotional peak, closing CTA, and effective information density per 500 words or per minute.
- Emotional curve mapping: marks key nodes such as FOMO, identity, anger, awe, or humor, with analyst judgment noted.
- Formula and template output: extracts one to three reusable viral formulas, rewrite suggestions, and platform-specific optimization items.
If scripts/validate.sh is available, the report can be checked for structural completeness, with missing dimensions repaired before delivery.

Boundaries

It is useful for reviewing existing content, estimating the reach potential of a draft, and generating creation templates, but it does not guarantee actual likes, shares, views, or conversions. When real distribution data is missing, findings should be marked as content-based inferences. Emotional analysis remains subjective, and the skill should not be used to optimize violating, vulgar, or fraudulent content.

Use Cases

  • Review a high-performing WeChat article by scoring title dimensions, narrative structure, and emotional triggers to extract reusable opening templates.
  • Analyze a Douyin short-video link to identify the first-3-second hook, emotional curve, and engagement points, then propose a similar creation formula.
  • Score a draft article on suspense, benefit, and counterintuitive framing, then identify three rewrite directions and a specific title formula.
  • Compare Xiaohongshu, Zhihu, and Bilibili content tones, then provide platform-specific title and CTA optimization based on retrieved text.

Best For

  • WeChat and Zhihu content operators who review top posts to extract title formulas and opening templates.
  • Short-video creators who analyze high-view videos to understand hooks, emotional curves, and story structure.
  • Content strategy leads who need distribution diagnostics and actionable rewrite advice for brand content.
  • Multi-platform content managers who adjust titles, covers, CTAs, and risky tactics by platform tone.
