• Formatted Output: Uses python-docx to generate a DOCX report with cover page, table of contents, headers and footers, and professional table styling, while keeping a Markdown version for collaboration and version control.
• Usage Modes: Supports full generation, staged generation, single-module generation, generation based on existing materials, and incremental updates to specific modules in an existing report.
