Problem
Long-form Chinese novels written in conversation often break in the same ways: characters drift, world rules lose consistency, and foreshadowing becomes untraceable. The issue is rarely a lack of one-chapter inspiration. It is the absence of a maintained project state: injuries, relationships, secrets, item ownership, information gaps, and the direction of the next chapter all need explicit tracking, or later scenes may break earlier setup.
How it works
The skill treats Chinese novel writing as a conversational workbench. It first identifies the task, then sets up project metadata such as title, genre, target readers, length, perspective, style keywords, core conflict, and selling points. It also builds a reference base for character cards, world rules, factions, timelines, important items, and a foreshadowing table. Before drafting, it checks the chapter goal, conflict, cast, payoff, foreshadowing, and ending hook. After drafting, it updates character states, item ownership, injuries, information gaps, foreshadowing status, chapter summary, and next-chapter direction.

Boundaries
It suits Chinese web novels, serial fiction, and setting-driven long-form projects where continuity matters. It does not replace editorial judgment and does not require commands, API keys, dependencies, or local files; everything is done through conversation. When the user asks for prose, it gives prose first. If information is missing, it makes limited reasonable assumptions and flags assumptions that could steer the story. It does not imitate living authors' distinctive styles; it can extract general style traits.
