About this skill

Problem

Job candidates usually face fragmented listings across BOSS Zhipin, Lagou, Hubo, and Zhilian: the same role may be described differently on each platform, and salary, city, experience, and skill requirements must be compared manually. Keyword search is easy to narrow or miss, leaving candidates without a reliable basis for applying.

How It Works

The skill turns job search into a structured workflow:
- Intake: confirm target role, city, and experience; use salary, skills, education, and company preferences when available.
- Cross-platform search: query job platforms with site: filters and concise Chinese keywords, adding synonyms when needed.
- Detail extraction: fetch job pages and capture company name, salary range, location, experience, skill requirements, and source platform.
- Matching and ranking: score candidates by role, skills, salary, city, company quality, and experience, then return top results.
- Presentation: provide a structured list with matching points, risks, and application advice.

Boundaries

It only aggregates public job information and does not submit applications or store resume content. Salaries remain subject to final negotiation. If a platform has no results, a page cannot be fetched, or a posting looks unusually high-paying or suspicious, that limitation or risk should be stated explicitly.

Use Cases

  • Search 3-5 year frontend roles in Shenzhen and rank cross-platform results.
  • Review product manager salary ranges in Beijing for new graduates.
  • Compare Flutter job volume, pay, and company size between Chengdu and Hangzhou.
  • Shortlist recent internet product jobs and list matches, risks, advice.

Best For

  • Candidates with a target city and role who need cross-platform job aggregation.
  • New graduates exploring salary ranges and hiring volume in a city.
  • Engineers or PMs comparing job supply across cities before relocation.
  • Applicants seeking matches, risks, and application advice for specific roles.
