This skill treats the contract text pasted by the user as the analysis target: it identifies the contract type and each party's position, then reviews clauses in a structured way to reduce the burden of reading line by line.
How it works
- Type detection: supports common contracts such as employment, lease, procurement, and service agreements, and maps the document structure and required clauses.
- Key clause review: marks items that affect rights, obligations, fees, breach consequences, and exit terms.
