Problem

The hard part of early English exposure for young children is not grammar explanation, but turning nursery rhymes into a repeatable parent-child input routine. Parents often need help choosing songs, setting daily listening time, adding actions, and interpreting quiet periods such as listening without singing. This skill targets families with children aged 0-6 and does not play audio or video; it provides actionable plans around lyric text, movement descriptions, and resource direction.

How It Works

It first checks the child’s age, prior English exposure, parent language confidence, and preferred context. Then it organizes songs by scene, theme, or difficulty, usually recommending 3-5 tracks at a time to avoid overload. Key outputs include:

• Full lyrics with key words marked, favoring whole-sentence input over sentence-by-sentence translation
• TPR movement descriptions precise enough for a parent to follow
• Daily routine suggestions such as wake-up songs, mealtime songs, and bedtime songs
• Gradual listening plans moving from passive listening to singing and simple output

It also covers common edge cases: parent pronunciation anxiety, long silent periods, repeated listening to one song, and temporary Chinese-English mixing.

Limits

This skill is for early phonological and interest-based English exposure. It is not suitable for formal grammar instruction, adult speaking practice, exam prep, picture-book close reading, or writing training.
