Many clients and junior lawyers do not lack legal provisions; they lack a full trial rehearsal. Claims may be too vague, evidence may fail to form a chain, and it may be unclear where the opposing side will attack. Win in Court puts these issues into a repeatable civil trial simulation instead of only providing a legal explanation.

How It Works

The skill lets users take the role of plaintiff or defendant in preset cases, including delegation and contract breach, copyright ownership, service contract fraud, data leakage, unauthorized agency, labor disputes, and real estate disputes. The proceeding follows four steps:

• Complaint: draft party identity, cause of action, relief requested, and factual basis; check whether requests are specific and supported by evidence.
• Evidence and Cross-Examination: submit an evidence list and explain its purpose; the system acts as defendant, challenging authenticity, legality, and relevance, while also reviewing appraisal qualifications, evidence fixation methods, and original carriers.
• Debate: respond to oral defenses around contested issues; the system surfaces rebuttals, weakly answered arguments, and new points of dispute.
• Verdict: give a plain, restrained, direct conclusion while preserving reasons for loss and evidentiary weaknesses.

It also emphasizes evidence engineering, including handwriting appraisal, construction cost appraisal, electronic data appraisal, and fixation methods such as notarization, trusted timestamps, blockchain storage, and screenshots. Internal evaluation covers complaint completeness, evidence adoption rate, debate logic, procedural compliance, and proof of core claims.
