Drafting divorce, debt, housing, and labor documents often fails on structure, citation, and court or administrative formatting. Lexcat Legal Document Assistant generates structured .docx templates for 12 common legal documents across family, debt, real estate, tort, property management, and labor scenarios, including legal basis and body text.
How It Works
You can provide facts in natural language, such as “I want to sue for divorce; my husband had an affair, and my 5-year-old child stays with me.” The skill fills in user-supplied names, amounts, dates, and addresses directly, using ××× or …… for missing details rather than replacing known facts. It follows references/templates/ for structure and checks references/legal_basis.md for citations. Formatting requires first-level numbering like 一、, second-level numbering like 1., litigation signature lines such as “Petitioner (signature),” and contract signature lines such as “Party A/Party B (signature/seal).”
Boundaries
The output is an editable template, not legal advice. It currently targets 12 common document types; complex case analysis or contract review still requires professional judgment. If a citation cannot be verified, it falls back to “under current legal provisions,” so verify facts, cause of action, and statute versions before use.
