About this skill

What problem it solves

Policy notices often split requirements across the main text, attachments, tables, and application guides. Manually turning them into a WeChat long image can drop deadlines, eligibility limits, subsidy amounts, or contact entries, or convert conditional wording such as “at most,” “selective,” and “in principle” into guaranteed benefits. This skill focuses on constrained fact extraction and publishable output rather than generic copywriting.

How it works

It first confirms the topic, region, and long-image style, then acquires the policy document. It builds a facts.json evidence table, binding each field to source location and wording, such as page, attachment, clause, or phrase; missing fields are marked as unclear. From that table it drafts the public-account summary, key information table, long-image.html, and rendered long-image.png, plus audit and visual checks. High-risk fields such as deadlines, subsidy amounts, contact details, and application entry URLs should use exact source wording without inference, merging, or simplification.

Boundaries and cautions

It does not replace policy discovery, official verification, or legal interpretation. Non-official sources must be flagged for verification, and unresolved source conflicts should require manual confirmation. Final publication should still follow official notices.

Use Cases

  • Turn a provincial subsidy notice and attachments into a WeChat long image with deadlines and award amounts.
  • Convert an official policy into a publishable article with long image, preserving eligibility and contact limits.
  • Reconcile conflicting reposted policies, flag non-official sources, and generate fact audit items.
  • Extract a policy key-information table and mark missing application entry as unclear in the long image.

Best For

  • Government-affairs public-account editors who need subsidy notices turned into publishable long-image articles.
  • Policy researchers who need to verify limiting wording in notices and attachments and generate audit notes.
  • Enterprise application specialists who need eligible applicants, materials, process, and portals organized for internal release.
  • Design collaborators who need the fact table and long-image HTML source for layout review.
