How It Works
When a user uploads a PDF, DOCX, or image, or pastes contract text, the skill reads the content and identifies the contract type, such as employment, lease, NDA, service, or sales contracts. It then reviews clauses across eight dimensions using the risk knowledge base, producing a structured report with actionable clause rewrites. If requested, the skill discusses revision options clause by clause, generates a .docx version with marked changes, and keeps the original commercial logic intact.
Boundaries
This skill is suitable for initial contract screening and revision support, not as a replacement for legal counsel. Cross-border contracts, IP assignments, and complex transaction structures should still be reviewed by qualified lawyers.
