About this skill

Problems It Solves

Everyday nutrition advice usually gets stuck in two places: deciding what to eat for breakfast, lunch, takeout, coffee, or milk tea, and making generic nutrition guidance fit personal tastes, restrictions, gut health, training goals, and context. This skill is not a strict calorie counter. It treats meals, drinks, weight management, muscle gain, stomach care, and seasonal wellness as one practical decision loop.

How It Works

The skill first builds a local profile with get_to_know_you.py, storing basic information, health conditions, food preferences, habits, and goals. It then uses recommend_food.py, recommend_drink.py, nutrition_tips.py, and health_advice.py to generate recommendations, drawing on data/ files such as the food database, drink database, health tips library, and seasonal wellness content. Key capabilities include:
- Meals and context: breakfast, lunch, dinner, takeout, cafeteria choices, group meals
- Drinks: coffee, milk tea, late-night work boosts, afternoon tea
- Nutrition and absorption: protein, quality carbs, vegetables, eating order
- Goal support: fat loss, muscle gain, stomach care, daily health
- Wellness advice: seasonal traditional health suggestions

In practice, start by asking it to know you, then describe the context naturally, such as “what should I eat for breakfast” or “how should I eat during fat loss.” If a suggestion does not fit, give direct feedback and let it adjust.

Boundaries And Caveats

It does not replace professional medical diagnosis. Serious health concerns still require a doctor. Recommendations are based on general health knowledge and preset databases, not real-time medical data or strict calorie auditing. The more specific the user profile, the better the output; with incomplete information, suggestions remain more generic.

Use Cases

  • Office workers choose a healthier lunch from takeout based on restrictions and fat-loss goals.
  • Fitness users plan training-day meals, protein, carbs, and pre- or post-workout eating.
  • Students pick cafeteria meals while avoiding greasy or spicy food and balancing vegetables and staples.
  • People with stomach discomfort check daily eating notes and get gentle, easy-to-digest stomach-care advice.

Best For

  • People managing long-term weight loss who want to avoid strict dieting and anxiety.
  • Fitness users with muscle-gain goals who need training-day meal planning.
  • Office workers who order takeout or eat in cafeterias often and want less oil and salt.
  • People with stomach discomfort or sensitive digestion who need gentle eating advice.
