Problem

Interns often turn weekly reports into activity logs: 'attended review', 'looked at data', 'helped test', without goals, actions, results, or next steps. They may also overstate work or fall back on vague takeaways.

How It Works

The skill organizes scattered input into a submittable version, focusing on results and appropriate internship framing:
- Checks input completeness: if the user only says to write a report, provide a template; if there are fragments, organize them; if material is complete, generate variants; if a draft exists, polish it.
- Structures content around items, actions, progress, deliverables, and next-week plans, rather than only listing participation.
- Outputs formal, table, concise, or product-manager-oriented versions for leaders, mentors, HR, or group updates.
- Marks missing facts with [to add] and suggests follow-up questions, instead of inventing companies, metrics, or outcomes.

Boundaries
