About this skill

Problem

Primary-school teachers often spend time converting weekly schedules into daily lessons, re-entering subject, grade, textbook, storage path, and word-count requirements, then copying results between cloud notes and local files. This skill connects a teaching schedule to daily task creation, detailed lesson-plan drafting, and storage in IMA with a local backup.

How it works

  • Schedule parsing: accepts Markdown tables, CSV, or plain-text input, extracts week, date range, topic, and class hours, assigns topics to weekdays, and skips weekends or marked holidays.
  • Preference setup: asks once for subject and grade, textbook edition, optional teaching style, word count, IMA path, and daily execution time, avoiding repeated follow-up questions.
  • Lesson-plan generation: builds a detailed lesson-plan draft covering content analysis, learning objectives, key and difficult points, preparation, five teaching stages, board design, assignments, and reflection planning.
  • Task execution: creates scheduled tasks in WorkBuddy or QClaw, runs them on weekdays, writes the Markdown output to IMA, and saves a local backup under ima/教学/四年级数学/.

Boundaries

It depends on IMA Skill, configured IMA credentials, and an existing knowledge-base folder. Scheduled execution requires a powered-on computer that is not sleeping. The generated draft still needs teacher review, especially when lessons are rescheduled, added, or adapted to actual classroom conditions.

Use Cases

  • Before the semester starts, split a weekly schedule into weekday lessons and batch-create daily scheduled tasks.
  • At 10:00 on each weekday, automatically draft a detailed lesson plan for Grade 4 math using the BNU textbook.
  • Sync the generated Markdown lesson plans to IMA under Teaching/Grade 4 Math and keep local backups.
  • When classes are rescheduled or holidays appear, adjust the generated task for that day before continuing execution.

Best For

  • Primary-school math teachers who want to turn weekly schedules into daily executable lesson-plan tasks.
  • Teachers using WorkBuddy who want scheduled tasks to draft detailed classroom lesson plans automatically.
  • IMA users who need lesson plans stored in a fixed knowledge base and backed up locally.
  • Teaching team leads who want to review daily lesson-plan drafts against a common structure and storage path.
