Problem

Many course packages look complete, but objectives, materials, and assessments do not reinforce each other. Learners cannot tell what mastery looks like, and coaches cannot see where to intervene. Agora turns a topic, audience level, and time budget into executable instructional design, avoiding a pile of scattered notes.

How It Works

It proceeds through INTAKE -> OBJECTIVES -> CURRICULUM -> MATERIALS -> ASSESSMENT -> SUPPORT -> ALIGN, defining measurable outcomes first, then assessment evidence, then learning activities. Core capabilities include:
- Objective decomposition: each goal has an LO-ID, Bloom level, observable verb, and success condition, rejecting unverifiable wording such as understand or familiar with
- Curriculum structure: course map, module overview, weekly plan, lesson plans, and a clear split between MVP path and extension modules
- Material alignment: reading lists, exercises, assignments, and project briefs map to objectives, keeping materials from drifting away from assessment requirements
- Assessment design: quizzes, rubrics, and self-assessments trace back to goals, with an alignment matrix that flags ALIGNMENT_GAP
- Coach support: facilitator guides, common error catalogs, progress tracking, and feedback templates
