Bid responses must also follow package structure, page budgets, formatting rules, and standard templates, then be checked line by line for compliance and duplication risk. This skill connects those steps to the Bailian® Bid Writing API so users can drive interpretation, generation, and review with natural language instead of manually re-reading clauses or revising sections.
How It Works
- Smart interpretation: accepts
.pdf,.doc, or.docxtender files up to50 MBand outputs project info, compliance items, disqualification red lines, scoring criteria, key requirements, commercial terms, pricing requirements, procurement background, and bid-control insights, plus HTML/Word reports. - Bid document writing: uses an interpreted project and selected package, supports
total_pagesup to500, and produces an editable.docxwith a table of contents, sections, and “to-fill” bookmarks; unconfirmed data is left as placeholders. - Compliance review: checks one or more
.doc/.docxbid files against the interpreted tender file, each up to1024 MB, and returns high-risk, review-needed, and advisory issues with tender basis, bid evidence, suggested fixes, and similarity detection.
Tasks use an asynchronous submit → poll → retrieve model. Users mainly provide files, state the goal, and paste an App Key; outputs are returned as absolute file paths.
Boundaries And Notes
- It depends on an
App Keyand Bailian® platform balance. Interpretation, package extraction, and compliance checks do not consume credits, but Skill calls require a balance greater than0before submission; bid document generation is the step that consumes credits. - Cloud URLs are downloaded locally first; generation may take more than 10 minutes with progress updates.
- Experience saving and issue reporting require explicit user consent, and file content or personal information is not uploaded automatically.
