- Three-layer transformation: converts surface-level phenomena into fundable scientific questions instead of producing a generic title.
- Mechanism verb constraints: prefers mechanism-oriented terms such as
evolution,drives,regulates,interacts,responds, andemergence, while reducing generic wording such asexplore,summarize, andanalyze. - Three candidate versions: generates options around mechanism-evolution path, mechanism-interaction network, and mechanism-boundary response, making it easier to compare the argumentative center of each question.
- Taboo checks: flags weak patterns such as phenomenon listing, pure description, induction, and overly broad exploration, with reasons for rejection.
Scope and Limitations
