In civil or commercial litigation, plaintiff-side attorneys often have contracts, notes, chat logs, and screenshots but still need to organize evidence, label proof points, paginate exhibits, and draft a complaint that matches local court practice. Manual workflows can miss amounts, dates, exhibit numbers, or blur factual findings with legal argument.

How It Works

The skill is material-driven: users upload PDF, image, or Word files and provide a one-sentence core claim; the AI first confirms the user is a plaintiff, then reads the materials and extracts parties, cause of action, exhibit form, key facts, and jurisdiction.

• It drafts the Plaintiff Evidence List first: ordering evidence chronologically, and generating exhibit identifiers, sources, and proof points, including sub-exhibit numbering and pagination.
• After the evidence list is finalized, it drafts the Civil Complaint: preparing specific and executable relief requests, narrating facts and reasons chronologically, and citing exhibit numbers.
• It calls the Huayu Yuandian Legal Data MCP to retrieve recent similar rulings from the same court, then compares relief requests, factual narratives, and legal citations; if the MCP is unavailable, the step is skipped.
• It exports two .docx files using python-docx and reminds users to complete placeholder fields such as ID numbers and addresses.

Boundaries

This skill is limited to plaintiffs and does not support defendants, third parties, appellants, or other litigation roles. The output is a draft; key facts, amounts, dates, and legal grounds still require human review, and [ ] placeholders must be completed before filing.
