About this skill
The Problem
AI market moves are rarely single-stock events. They usually propagate through a chain: model releases, compute demand, advanced process nodes, packaging, memory, and optical modules. Watching one name in isolation can mistake a short-term catalyst for a durable inflection. Sorting by sector alone can also miss how signals travel across A-shares, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, and the US. This framework treats the AI industry chain as a set of trackable signals, helping you identify where the activity originates, which links have earnings validation, and which ones are mostly valuation spillover.
How It Works
The skill follows a top-down analytical path. It reads references/companies.md for key company data, then checks references/market_signals.md for market signal status, evaluates cross-market linkage strength, and finally produces either a thematic recommendation or a risk warning. Core capabilities include:
- Cross-market linkage: maps optical modules, advanced foundry, HBM memory, semiconductor materials and equipment, AI chips, and cloud services across A-share, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, and US markets.
- Valuation alerts: uses PE thresholds to tier risk;
PE > 100triggers a high-risk flag,PE 50-100requires strong growth validation, andPE < 50is treated as comparatively reasonable. - LLM dynamics: uses
references/llm_news.mdto track model releases, pricing, open-source status, and supply-chain impact. - Risk identification: incorporates geopolitics, export controls, regional market exposure, and macro liquidity tightening.
Scope and Caveats
This framework is best for industry tracking, event review, and candidate screening. It is not a substitute for company-specific fundamental due diligence. High-PE names may still be growing, but any slowdown in growth can lead to sharp valuation compression. The listed companies, model dynamics, and ranked themes reflect an analytical lens; current earnings, orders, capacity, pricing, and regulatory conditions should be cross-checked before acting on any conclusion.
Use Cases
- When AI chip or optical module stocks move, rank A-share, Taiwan, and US linkage
- Review references/market_signals.md and summarize cross-market signal status
- Check companies.md and flag PE tiers for high-risk or growth-validation names
- Track llm_news.md model releases and pricing to infer compute demand spillover
Best For
- Industry researchers tracking AI hardware, who need to map cross-market themes
- Fund or asset-management tech-equity analysts, who need to convert LLM dynamics into risk signals
- Sell-side tech analysts, who need valuation alerts and supply-chain logic
- Quant strategy researchers, who need market signals for semiconductor screening
