About this skill

Problem

Many people can say they are good at communication or problem decomposition, but the evidence is hard to inspect: the specific scenario, action details, emotional feedback, and counterexamples are missing. That makes strength claims feel like impressions, and action plans hard to start. This skill turns self-reported strengths into an executable workflow: structured interview, signal decoding, and a 90-day action plan.

How It Works and Limits

The core is not a scale score. It extracts evidence from behavioral events. Key steps include:
- 15-question interview probes: start with signals such as forgetting to eat because of focus, a task that went unusually well, and learning faster than others the first time, then follow up until details are concrete.
- Three-track signal decomposition: split answers into behavior track, emotion track, and value track, so conclusions are not based only on feelings or self-evaluation.
- Pattern clustering and validation: use a Q-T-S matrix to count cross-question signals, then validate with instinct index, energy index, and flow index.
- Talent confirmation: each conclusion includes source evidence, counterexamples, a differentiation statement, talent trap, and PERMA validation.
- 90-day execution: use a reality entry selector, strategy map, weekly habit cards, monthly calibration, and day-90 review.

Use it for personal growth planning, career direction exploration, strength review, or as a structured coaching interview script. It is not a replacement for clinical psychological assessment, and it should avoid intensive follow-up when the person is emotionally unstable. Output quality depends on the detail of the original answers; if evidence is thin, keep the label as potential talent rather than forcing a definitive claim.

Use Cases

  • Individuals planning a career who cannot clearly state strengths use 15-question probes to record concrete events and generate a talent confirmation.
  • Coaches reviewing capability clues with clients use three-track decomposition, Q-T-S clustering, and triangular validation to compile verifiable strength evidence.
  • Learners preparing a 90-day transition use the reality entry selector, habit cards, and monthly calibration to turn talent conclusions into weekly tasks.
  • Consultants interviewing clients for strengths use follow-up rules to clarify vague answers and use counterexamples to avoid overclaiming.

Best For

  • Individuals planning a career transition who need to turn scattered experiences into validated strength conclusions and a 90-day plan.
  • Coaches working on personal growth who need a structured interview script and an evidence-based strength analysis flow.
  • Learners preparing a self-review who need to extract capability signals from behavior, emotion, and value tracks.
  • Consultants conducting strength interviews who need follow-up rules, counterexamples, and 90-day execution templates.
